To get to the Cumberland Cove Property Owners Association office:
From I-40, take Exit 301 at Monterey.
Turn right (east) onto US Highway 70N.
Drive 4.9 miles. The driveway for welcome center will be on your right, at:

The office is staffed and open from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
